HOP Balance & Support Basic Module

Intention - To bring you more awareness on how we are designed to work in relationship with our planet, in such a way, that will result in you experiencing more ease throughout your life.

If I would choose only one idea from this course, the idea would be:

If we are in balance in relation with the planet our movements will became easy and our movements will be full of grace. But if we don’t manage to be in balance compensations will start to happen all over our body and we’ll start to experience effort, unbalance and possible damage.

What will be revealed to you:

  • Why Balance & Support. Didn’t we already learned this when we were 3 years old?
  • How is our system dealing with the planet
  • What is the level of effort that our system needs to spend in the relationship with the planet and how our understanding can help us to use less effort being on the planet
  • This will be fully experiencial.
  • Understanding how tension and damage to our system can be a result of us not having this awareness of the planet
  • Understanding how our intention is resulting in a specific coordination that will affect our balance and support
  • Experiencing total freedom of being there where you are, right from the first session
  • Exploring sitting and how basic principles can easily be applied here
  • Discover that we have sitting bones
  • Exploring picking something up with ease
  • Understanding that there are more types of muscles and different conditions that activate them

There will be 7 sessions of 2 hours each with the following topics:

  1. Understanding and becoming awere of center of support
  2. Applying center of support in our life
  3. Individual exploration where we can have open discussions about the impact of Balance & Support in your life.
  4. Exploring sitting
  5. Individual exploration
  6. Squatting, picking up things, going up the stairs, lifting
  7. Individual exploration

The information that I’m going to share here is going to affect every moment of your life, because it’s 100% ready to be integrated into your life. The course is designed to follow the Hearts Open Power Steps

Guideline for how I prefer the sessions to unfold ideally, but I am open to unfold in totally unexpected ways:

  1. I start every session with what is alive in us in that moment. This can take up to 10-15 min
  2. I’m presenting my intention and a few ideas that I want to touch on. 5 min
  3. At any moment please interrupt me if you have any question. 20 min
  4. Presenting the work ~40min
  5. Experiments ~30 min
  6. Questions 10 min
  7. Checking out 5 min (value you got, things we can improve on)
